About our Inspectors
Having successfully completed all levels of examinations and training from both Carson Dunlop & Associates Ltd. and CAHPI (BC) to achieve the RHI certification, our inspectors are technically proficient to perform a thorough and impartial inspection of your property. They have completed all necessary training and passed all exames to achieve ASNT certification level 1 Thermography. They also possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
CAHPI (BC) requires inspectors to attend continuation training on a regular basis. The work ethics of all inspectors is also subject to scrutiny by their peers. Clients are thus assured of a consistent set of professional standards.
All of our inspectors meet or exceed the necessary requirements set forth by the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) and are licensed with the Government of British Columbia.
